Civic Proof gate

Per $1,000 of principal, the mission must clear 1 unique paying supporter and 10 weighted votes. Rounded up. No approximations.

Sealed and viewable

The deployment is independently reviewed, sealed to the public ledger, and permanently viewable as a receipt.
